Having personal experience as a real estate investor, landlord, homeowner and undergone renovation and large new build projects of her own, pursuing a career in real estate was a natural fit for her where she is able to combine her love of design, architecture, and home décor, along with her strong business skills that she’s acquired.  She obtained a certificate of achievement with honours, as a certified staging professional to better service her clients, setting her apart from other realtors in the city, and, has worked as a Real Estate Researcher for the popular HGTV series and Emmy nominated show Property Brothers. 

Having moved to Toronto back in the 90’s, she’s witnessed the city’s growth first hand and loves exploring every neighbourhood. To her the culture of our city is uniquely defined by the businesses and people who reside in our many different neighbourhoods, making Toronto truly unique.  Gloria believes finding a client a dream property in the right neighbourhood is not always about location, but about getting to understand her client’s needs and lifestyle.  She often refers to herself as a real estate educator, advisor, property coach and in the end, a lifestyle matchmaker.
